Acron Group was voted one of the top 100 largest Russian employers by users at HeadHunter, a respected recruiting website (hh.ru). The Group ranked 51st among companies employing over 5,000 people.
HeadHunter’s annual employer rating is one of the most credible evaluations of Russia’s best employers. In 2020, over 500 of Russia’s largest companies across a variety of industries were assessed based on three main parameters: how many jobseekers are interested in working there, an assessment of the company employees’ involvement, and an expert evaluation of the performance of the companies’ human resources departments.
Olga Shestakova, head of Acron’s human resources department, noted that the Group works hard to deserve its ranking among the top Russian employers and is proud of its commitment to employees. ‘Acron was specifically recognised for its concern for each and every one of its employees.
