NWPC Offers Scholarship to Future Employees

North-Western Phosphorous Company, an Acron Group company, has established a scholarship programme aimed at students wishing to join the Company.

The programme offers a monthly scholarship of at least RUB 11,000 (about USD 160), an industry internship, and a guarantee of employment after graduation. Students studying mining, mineral processing, geology, mine surveying, chemistry, energy, information technology, welding, and other technical vocations can apply for the scholarship.

Eleven full-time students who decided to join NWPC after graduation took advantage of the programme in its first year. All of them are children of Company employees. Among them are seven students at the Kirovsk branch of Murmansk Arctic State University and four students at Golovanov Polytechnic College in Apatity.

‘The programme is for full-time students at universities and vocational schools who commit to stay at the Company for at least three years. Each of them receives an individual learning plan and an experienced mentor so they can adapt quickly, gain professional skills, and grow their careers’, said Yelena Polzunova, Head of NWPC’s Training and Development Department.
