Acron Group launched its own online trading platform for procurement at etp.acron.ru a year ago. Since then, 3,206 transactions for a total of RUB 1.6 billion net of VAT have been approved based on ETP tenders.
Today, the three production facilities that are members of Acron Group – Acron (Veliky Novgorod), Dorogobuzh (Smolensk region), and NWPC (Murmansk region) – purchase all of their commodities and materials on ETP. Over the past year, the platform accommodated over 4,000 tenders among 4,371 registered bidders with ID codes. The number of ETP users is increasing by an average of 900 suppliers each quarter.
According to Acron’s head of procurement, Inna Fakhrislamova, ‘The ETP helps us expand the pool of suppliers and ensure transparency, making it easier to arrange tenders and select counterparts. Our suppliers also contribute to improving the ETP by providing feedback that is analysed to enhance the platform’s algorithm and make it more user friendly’.
