Acron Group Announces Management Changes at its Companies

Acron Group is announcing management changes at Veliky Novgorod-based Acron and Dorogobuzh.

Oleg Tikhonov, Dorogobuzh’s Executive Director since February 2019, was appointed Executive Director at Acron (Veliky Novgorod), and Roman Dmitriev, Dorogobuzh’s former Chief Technology Officer, was appointed the Company’s Executive Director. The Group appointed Vladimir Gavrikov its CEO Adviser. Prior to the appointment, Gavrikov served as Executive Director of Acron.

Oleg Tikhonov has been with Dorogobuzh since 1995. He served as lead engineer and deputy to the chief specialist for production development and new technology, manager for production and new technology, Chief Technology Officer, and the Company’s Executive Director. Mr Tikhonov was born in 1972 in Smolensk region and graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University with a degree in track and wheel vehicle engineering.

Roman Dmitriev joined Acron Group in 2005. He served as head of NPK production, deputy to the head of mineral fertiliser production, and deputy to the Chief Technology Officer at Acron (Veliky Novgorod), and Chief Technology Officer at Dorogobuzh. Mr Dmitriev graduated from St. Petersburg State Institute of Technology with a degree in chemical technology involving non-organic substances and materials.

Chairman of Acron’s Board of Directors Alexander Popov pointed out both Mr Tikhonov’s and Mr Dmitriev’s considerable experience at the Group’s companies. ‘I am certain that their credentials and leadership skills will contribute greatly to the development of our production facilities’.
