Acron Releases H1 2020 RAS Statements

Today, Acron (MOEX and LSE: AKRN) has released its non-consolidated RAS financial statements for H1 2020.

Key Financials

Revenue was down 14% year-on-year to RUB 31,131 million (H1 2019: RUB 36,095 million)
Sales profit was down 42% year-on-year to RUB 6,605 million (H1 2019: RUB 11,479 million)
EBITDA* was down 33% year-on-year to RUB 9,444 million (H1 2019: RUB 14,160 million)
EBITDA margin was 30% against 39% in H1 2019
Net loss was RUB 1,154 million against profit of RUB 14,005 million in H1 2019. The loss in the reported period was a foreign exchange loss. The adjusted net profit excluding this item was RUB 4,294 million.

*EBITDA is calculated as sales profit plus depreciation and amortisation of fixed and non-tangible assets.
