Acron Group has published a collection of videos called Profession Acron on its YouTube channel.
The videos were created to boost the popularity and prestige of careers in the chemical industry, attract young employees to Acron Group’s production facilities, and demonstrate the Company’s capabilities.
With the Profession Acron playlist, the Group tells about the jobs that are in demand at the Veliky Novgorod facility. The videos also feature Acron’s employees answering interesting professional questions about their professions.
The Group has already posted interviews with some of Acron’s young specialists, including a chemical laboratory assistant, a production machine operator, an instrumentation and automation engineer, a compressor operator, and an arc welder. The Group is planning to post more videos about other jobs at its facilities in the near future, including jobs at the mining company NWPC.
