Acron Launches Environmental Education Project Called “Green Paradigm for Life on Earth”

Acron is partnering with the Open Environmental University at Moscow State University and the V. S. Petrosyan Centre for Environment and Health to launch an open education project called “Green Paradigm for Life on Earth” in Veliky Novgorod.

The goal of the project is to promote environmental knowledge, improve local residents’ environmental safety awareness and form an environmentally friendly approach to nature.

Over the course of a month, renowned Russian scientists will give lectures about pressing environmental issues to Veliky Novgorod residents. Valery Petrosyan (Doctor of Chemical Science, Vice President of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS), UN expert) will speak about current chemical safety issues. Additionally, the audience will be provided with information about modern green technologies, economic aspects and prospects for sustainable development. All the lectures will be free for residents of Veliky Novgorod.
