On 15 December 2015, Dorogobuzh held an extraordinary general meeting, which resolved to change the Company’s domicile within the borders of Dorogobuzh district, Smolensk region, from Verkhnedneprovsky settlement to the town of Dorogobuzh.
An entry to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about the state registration of the amendments to the Company’s Charter was made on 25 December 2015 (the date of the domicile change).
Also an entry to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about the Company’s new domicile address, by which the correspondence with the Company shall be conducted (delivery of significant legal documents), was made. The new address is: 6, Mira St., Dorogobuzh, Dorogobuzh district, Smolensk region, 215713 Russian Federation.
Therefore the documents created since 25 December 2015 with the participation of or in connection with the Company shall specify:
- Company’s domicile: Dorogobuzh, Smolensk region, Russian federation
- Company’s address within its domicile: 6, Mira Str., Dorogobuzh, Dorogobuzh district, Smolensk region, 215713 Russian Federation
All the agreements, powers of attorney and other documents created before 25 December 2015 on behalf of the Company or in connection with it, indicating its former domicile, shall be valid until the end of the stated period of validity or other date established under the applicable legislation. Other Company details, including Primary State Registration Number, Tax Identification Number, Registration Reason Code as well as bank details for payments to the Company (apart from its domicile) remain unchanged.
