Acron Board of Directors has passed a resolution to elect Vladimir Gavrikov as Board of Directors Chair, effective from June 23, 2014, considering that Alexander Popov will be temporarily acting for Acron’s Chief Executive Officer (President) during the vacation of Vladimir Kunitsky. Under Russian law, an official of a joint-stock company may not simultaneously perform functions of its board of directors chair and sole executive body.
For the same reason, Dorogobuzh Board of Directors elected Vladimir Bocherikov as Board of Directors Chair, effective from June 23, 2014.
