Sberbank Investments Limited acquired a 19.9% stake in CJSC Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (VPC), which implements a project to develop the Talitsky area of the Verkhnekamsk potassium-magnesium salt deposit in Perm Krai.
Currently, VPC shareholder structure is as follows:
• Acron Group (through JSC Acronit) — 51%
• Vnesheconombank — 20% less 1 share
• Sberbank Investments — 19.9%
• Eurasian Development Bank — 9.1%.
