Today Acron (MICEX and LSE: AKRN) released its audited RAS statements for 2011.
Financial Highlights
• Revenue increased 46% year-on-year, from RUB 22.75 billion to RUB 33.25 billion
• Operating profit was RUB 13.77 billion, up 114% from RUB 6.45 billion in 2010
• EBITDA* was up 107% year-on-year to RUB 14.26 billion (2010: RUB 6.89 billion)
• EBITDA margin was 43%, up from 30% year-on-year
• Net profit was up year-on-year by a factor of 2.7 to RUB 14.01 billion (2010: RUB 5.12 billion)
*EBITDA is calculated as operating profit (sales profit) plus depreciation and amortisation.
