On November 16, at 15:00, Acron Group will hold a press conference at the Interfax press centre in Moscow on its Fair Work programme.
The press conference will be attended by JSC Acron President Vladimir Kunitsky, Vice President for Human Resources and Special Projects Irina Raber, JSC Acron Executive Director Vladimir Gavrikov, Chairman of JSC Acron’s primary trade union Alexander Malushin and JSC Dorogobuzh Human Resources Manager Svetlana Stolbovskaya.
Acron Group adopted the Fair Work programme to define its social support, environmental and community relations policies. Primarily the Fair Work programme is focused on developing a fundamentally new system of relationships with employees and protecting their rights and interests. The programme will be phased in as a key element of the Group’s long-term development strategy.
At the press conference, Acron Group’s top management will present such core aspects of the Fair Work programme as the employment and incentives management system, workplace health and safety, social security for employees, environmental protection, and development of regional support systems in areas where the Group operates.
