Acron has increased its share in Estonian AS Dry Bulk Terminal (AS DBT) from 50% to 100%.
AS DBT is a terminal facility at Muuga port (Estonia). The terminal transships mineral fertilisers and is one of the most technically advanced port facilities in Eastern and Northern Europe. The terminal has capacity of over 2.5 million tonnes of bulk cargo per year and services a significant percentage of the Group’s exported mineral fertilisers.
