Acron officially declares that any and all Acron-related statements in the article Is Uralkali Stealing Subsoil Resources? which was posted on December 23, 2008 on a website of a local Russian newspaper The Perm Observer are misleading.
Neither Acron, nor other companies of its Group have engaged in preparing any filings to state authorities or courts against Uralkali. Acron does not currently have any claims against Uralkali either in relation to Talitsky lot, or in relation to any other issues, actions or events.
Acron has already requested The Perm Observer to publish a retraction of misleading information.
